About your facilitators

2018

The Visual Skills & Tools Retreat was initiated by
Mireille van Bremen (The Netherlands/Slovenia) and Markus Engelberger (Austria).

They are hired by their clients for tandem graphic recording work and they
collaborate on various projects which enable leaders to grow and employ their creative and visual power.

My name is Mireille van Bremen and I work internationally as a visual catalyst. Everything I do as a graphic recorder, visual mediator, visual facilitator, trainer, facilitator and coach, stems from an intention to invigorate creative energy in others so they can express themselves visually.

Over the past years I trained hundreds of trainers, facilitators, coaches, educators and leaders from all over the world in becoming resourceful in their communication and their approach to have the impact they envision.

The programs I design and offer live and in the Online Visual Skills Academy which I founded, help people to develop visual communication skills that lead to greater understanding, stimulate confidence, empathic leadership, connection, engagement, creativity and increase the impact of trainings, seminars, workshops, presentations, meetings or conferences.

Born, raised and based in Vienna/Austria, Markus is catalyzing positive social and ecological impact on a global scale. Apart from that, he is notorious for being THE Visual Practitioner shaping and driving the field and practice in Austria. As a Visual Catalyst (Visual Facilitator, Graphic Recorder, Visual Coach, Visualization Trainer, Change-Maker and Entrepreneur), he levers his diverse backgrounds in Systems Thinking, Social Entrepreneurship, Effective Communication and Youthwork to co-create value with and for his international network of business partners, who are seeking support in changing collective mindsets (organizational culture), harnessing the opportunities of the Digital Age while acting responsibly as Earth’s citizens and integrating Skills and Tools that are crucial to be a successful leader in the 21st Century. While some consider him a Business Rebel, it is self-evident for Markus that business can, should and must be done in a way that it serves not only shareholders but creates positive impact for society and our shared home-planet. This is why he founded the Creative Tribe network that unites leading creative thinkers and practitioners who join forces to serve customers and support positively impactful organizations.

Maybe you’ve already seen us creating value at conferences?
